Education plays a critical role in the development of an individual and we advocate for the availability of biblically based learning models for every child worldwide.

The Foundation in Education course aims at giving teachers and those who work with children in all contexts, a solid biblical foundation. The course explores how to establish an educational model that makes disciples of children in all areas of life (intellectually, spiritually, physically, morally, socially and emotionally). The course also looks at the role of education in community development and global mission.

INSPIRING
TEACHING
You will be equipped with biblical foundation and perspective on Education to understand God's heart for Education. Some topics include: biblical Perspective on Education, Education and Discipleship, Learning Styles, Multiplication and more.
CHARACTER
GROWTH
Your character plays a vital role in your overall calling and life. You will be encouraged to pay careful attention to your character building and growth, challenging yourself to practice what it means to love God with your heart, soul and mind, and your neighbour as yourself.
GROUP
PROCESS
Collaboration and Co-Creation with God and one another is highly emphasised on this course. So throughout your time you will learn about roles, accountability and practice what it means to be a creative team player. You will learn how to interact with others and build healthy, dynamic relationships with your team members.
SKILL
PRACTICE
Throughout the course, you will be encouraged and challenged to sharpen your teaching skill(s). The weekly assignments and projects will present more than enough opportunities for you to grow your skill.
WORSHIP &
PRAYER
Worship and prayer are integral aspects of our daily lives. Engaging in these allow us to grow a deeper passion for God and seek revelation of God's heart and purposes for the world. It is a place to get nourishment, encouragement and understanding of His heart for Education.

You will be part of a relationship-oriented and multi-cultural community, this means meeting new people from around the world and forming relationships and friends that can span a lifetime.
