We live in challenging times. Our economies, local and global, are stretched to their limits and we wrestle to understand today how to build for the future. We long to see Christian men and women engage the workplace from a Biblical perspective across the nations, developed and undeveloped.
The Business Leadership School is a way to rediscover God’s foundational patterns and principles in relation to solutions in the marketplace. The BLS mission is how to build business God’s way, where he is at the center.

This is a modular learning program designed to allow those who work in the marketplace to participate while continuing to lead and serve in their community. Over the 2 years, you will learn from the teaching but we also want to create a culture and an atmosphere. You are not just learning, you're immersing yourself in an environment. It is not just an individualistic approach, we appreciate the collective wisdom of what God is doing among us.

BLS participants will learn how to create a positive company climate of trust and effectiveness; effectively bring correction and change; empower employees; skillfully hire, review, promote and release; plan strategically for long-term success; create a dynamic organization; build customer loyalty and grow multi-generational organizations.

TEACHING
You will receive access to an online modular course produced by GoStrategic where experienced practitioners ntegrate knowledge, skill and principle in real-life situations. Topics include: Creating a Climate of Trust, Bringing Correction and Change, Planning for Long Term Success, and more.
CHARACTER
GROWTH
Your character plays a vital role in your overall calling and life. Throughout this course you will be encouraged to pay careful attention to your growth, challenging yourself to practice and apply what it means to love God with your heart, soul and mind, and to love your neighbour as yourself.

PROCESS
Collaboration with God and one another is highly emphasized on this course. So throughout your time you will embark on a journey of discovery with others to find marketplace solutions from a Kingdom perspective.

You will be encouraged and challenged to sharpen your skill(s) to produce relevant, creative and high quality work. Your assignments and projects will present more than enough opportunity for you to grow directly related to where you find yourself in your role of leadership today.

You will be part of a relationship-oriented and multi-cultural group. This course means meeting new people from around the world and forming relationships on different continents. The BLS currently operates in the US, Canada, Mexico & Central America, Brazil, Europe, Austral-Asia, and Africa
